When placing an order, you provide your personal details. Licorice Mint promises you that your personal details will not be given out to anyone. With permission, Licorice Mint would like to keep you informed of new products, specials and news via email, which you provide during the check out process. Please email us if you do not wish to receive news from Licorice Mint.

Shipping
We use Australia Post for shipping. Shipping options will come up when you go to checkout. Australia Post is very reliable,however Licorice Mint is not liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
Some prices are inclusive of shipping (Australia only). If you are an international customer please email me first via the STORE CONTACT FORM to find out the shipping charges and I will let you know the costs.
International customers can go through checkout as normal and shipping charges will come up at checkout. Simply choose the option you would like.

Payment
We accept credit card, bank account and e-cheque payments through Paypal. You will be redirected to Paypal's secure website after completing checkout.
Paypal is used by millions around the world and is a popular and trusted payment system. You can even use your credit card to make payments at PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay through this service. Simply enter your credit card details on the paypal site.
Australian customers can also pay by bank deposit, money order or bank cheque. An email will be sent to you after completing checkout with further payment instructions.

Delivery Times
We aim to have items shipped within 24-48 hours of orders being placed and payment received/cleared. Some items need to be drop shipped from the USA so this means that it may take 5-10 days to receive your order.

| Returns
If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Items must be unused and returned in a reasonable time frame (30 days).
